When will we get our members card

Its been close to six weeks since we closed on SSR and still havent recieved our members cards. I was just wondering how long everyone else has had to wait

We closed in mid-April, and we JUST got it.

I had to wait until I called MS and asked them to send them to me. If you want them, call and ask.

We closed the first of April and just got them last week.

What if they don't come before you go on your vacation? We are scheduled to close on June 5 and our trip is July 25....should I bug them or is it no big deal?

If you don't get them, stop by the DVC office at SSR and they will make permanent cards for you in about 5 minutes. They no longer do temporary cards. You do want your card for valet parking and for perks such as the few discounts you get.

How long did it take for you to receive your PIN? I called last week and confirmed that we're in the system but can't access it because we don't have a PIN!

When I was in the system, I called and they put me with their tech support folks who helped me get logged in and change my password. This was about 5 weeks ago.

I asked the MS person on the phone about getting logged on and they gave me my pin right away. Well.....it was the 2nd MS person I talked to about it. The first said I'd have to wait for the mail! Just call until you get someone who will help you b/c it can be done. I didn't even get transferred to any tech support.
