When will the S/D publish 2008 discounts?

I want to book my 2008 date but when I in type in the discount codes, it says they're unavailable. Is it possible to call the hotels directly and get the discount applied? Thanks for any information.

I was on the site that is accessed on the resorts page.

I would call the S/D directly (not Starwood). I kept trying for a government rate for Christmas week and the website showed "not available". I called to see if it would be available for any of the individual nights and sure enough she said that it was available for all 9 nights of our stay!
