When will the MK train stop running? And how will this work?

On our arrival night 8/17 we are going to get to MKabout 4:15 grab a FP for SM go to our PS at Liberty Tree Tavern 5:40. After dinner we plan to ride what ever we can up through Spectro and then get out of Frontier land Via the train before wishes. How do you think that will work? and how does the train thing work? It stops during spectro? and gets going again after that and before wishes?

It still runs through Spectro but usually last train departs 30 min before park closing.
