Looking at the average sale price of different DVC locations, I wonder how long we will see the 2042 locations like BCV and BWV hold their value? You can purchase many other locations with longer deads for a cheaper price.
These two locations tend to hold a value above others that have much longer deed dates. Is it only because of their location?
