When will my paper/pkg arrive b4 trip?

It is now only 35 days till my next Disney trip 9-14 and I still haven't received any of my paperwork, luggage tags (yellow and nice ones) my Magical Express tickets/book. I always had it 45 days out. I paid off my trip 6 wks ago...

They don't even send them to printing until 45 days out. They usually get to guests around the 30 day marker pending weekends and holidays,

when I spoke with a Disney rep today they said that it should be there 30 days prior to your trip

I thought it odd as I didn't get any paper work either. Usually I get a mailed confirmation of booking but not this time. I didn't worry too much since I had my online confirmation. Now, close to departure, I was wondering when the tags would come....I almost always have had them before this many days out. Thinking the testing of the new bands is creating delays.

I just called Disney and they said "Disney is trying to go "GREENER" so they are not mailing them out till 14 days prior to trip......I will be stressing if this is the case! Can anyone tell me when they got their recently, how early before you left did you receive your package?

We are 37 days out and haven't received anything either. There are, however, posters on the POR thread that received them at 50+ days away from their trip. It seems to be very inconsistent.

How is that "greener"? They still have to mail them out. And that certainly doesn't explain the posters who have received their packets 50+ days in advance of their trips. Where is the banging head against brick wall icon when you need it?

we are going the 26th of this month and we just got the paperwork on Tues...but we also just booked a week ago.

We have 38 days until our trip and nothing yet. I thought we usually had our package by now. I can't wait to get it!

I just got off the phone with them. They told me my tags have been sent to the printer and I should receive them soon. No mention of them trying to be "greener". I am hoping they come by the beginning of next week. I'm ready to get this show on the road!

We got ours on Monday of this week...34 days out. We do not have magic bands...if that matters? Wasn't even expecting it and there it was in the mailbox...made my day!!! Have a great trip...I'm sure you'll get everything when you least expect it!

We are staying at the POP 9-14 thru 9-21 an would like for my stuff to hurry and get there as I leave 35 days from today!! Did anybody get their stuff today that will be there at this time frame?

I got mine yesterday and we are arriving 9/13. So yours should be here any day I would say!

We are going from 9-15 through 9-19 and nothing has come in the mail!

I am not worrying about it........yet!

We are going 9-15 to 9-21 and received them today. My grandson is an infant and did not receive one. I called and they are to going to send him one. I had to give them my flight numbers again. I was very excited to get them but disappointed he was left off.
