When will I know the resort pick up time?

My mom and I are going on a cruise in February. We’ll be staying at Beach Club Villas before the cruise, and ended up deciding to use Disney transportation to the port rather than a rental car. When will we know what time the bus will pick us up at the resort? Right now we have Trattoria al forno breakfast for 8am and I don’t think we’ll have any timing issues with that. But it’s also a Sunday, so one of the brunches around property could be a consideration (we would Uber-I don’t trust Disney resort buses when there are hard deadlines).

We are also taking Disney transportation to the port in Feb. for our PC cruise.
When I booked, they told me there will be a letter the night before telling us a time for pick-up.
She said they picking up around 10:30.

Generally, the pick up window at the resorts is anytime between 10:30-12:30. Our last two trips, we were picked up at 12:30.

This has been our experience too where they pick you up after noon. The last couple of times we have taken Disney transportation to the port from BC, we were asked to check in at the Solarium about 45 mins prior to pick up time. I believe they did a quick look at your cruise documents before you get on the bus.
