When will codes come out for stays next October?

Is there a standard period for room codes (like, for stays in June 2008, the codes come out in January 2008 sort of idea)?

Also, do you think there's a chance in h-e-double hockey sticks that a code would come out that would let us be able to change our resort from a value to a moderate or even a FW cabin? I'd really love to stay in a FW cabin, but the price is out of the question compared to the ASMovies LOL
