When will all the upgrade be finished (SW land, Avatar, etc)

Just curious, if you had to guess, when will Star Wars Land, Avatar Land, the upgrades for TSM, Soarin and new Frozen Ride....be finished. (also, is there anything else new that I don't know about?)

We are going this summer, and don't plan to go back until, all the "new stuff" is finished.

They will always be updating something. It is the only way to keep the parks new, fresh, and working.

Frozen -2016 sometime
Avatar - 2017 sometime
rumored Star Wars etc. hasn't even been announced officially, so I'm going to guess 2018 at the absolute earliest.

Pandora, Frozen and the TSMM/Soarin upgrades should be done by some time in 2017 I'd think.
As for Star Wars - do you have confirmation that's what's actually happening in DHS? I haven't seen any announcement. Whatever it is that will be happening there, wouldn't expect completion for years to come.

The Studios upgrades don't figure to be finished until shortly before the 50th anniversary celebration that will begin in 2021. But the upgrades will come in three phases, as it's a major expansion of the park, so you will get important upgrades opened well before then.

That would fit our trip schedule. About every 4-5 years.

Highly educated guess, or is there info out there I could read up on? I didn't even realize that "major expansion" had been announced, I just knew by all the closures that they had plans in the works.

My understanding is that Phase I (at least) will be announced during or around Star Wars Weekends, which is probably a decent clue as to what that phase will include. (I'm not trying to be coy or clever there - I don't have many details either, as my source is very cautious on what she can and can't talk about and really wants to keep her job after 46 years at WDW.) Phase I is the only one that has been fully signed off at the Iger level, but the others are moving through the process.
