When will 2013 maintenance fees be announced?

We are currently in the process of purchasing our first DVC contract, and I am curious to know when 2013 MF increases will be announced. I know the bills go out around the first of the year, but I'm assuming there is some sort of notice regarding fee increases prior to that. At the rate we are going with the resale process, I think we will be closing on a contract around year end, and we are factoring in 2013 MF's (in our minds at least) as part of the total cost.

They are usually part of the legal announcement for the DVC Annual Meeting. The meeting is in early December and the notification comes a few weeks earlier. The maintences fees are not official until they are voted on by the Board at the Annual Meeting. The Board has never rejected the proposed dues.
