When will 2006 CAA rates be available??

I was just wondering when WDW 12/06 CAA room only rates will be available??

My TA phoned for April 2006 rates for FW and they said they would be out the end of June

I probably won't be able to book until late fall 2005/early spring 2006. Does anyone think there will be any POP rooms (last two weeks of 2006) still available or do the CAA rooms tend to sell out quickly? Personally I would rather rent DVC points but the WDW room only bookings are much easier to cancel in case of unforseen emergencies.

Any suggestions/info. would be greatly appreciated.
