When were AP codes for Dec 2005 released?

Hi All,

We will be in WDW 12/8-12/18/2006 and I will be purchasing an Annual Pass. I've already made reservations at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a Savannah room with the AAA discount (room only).

Does anybody know when the December 2005 AP rates/codes were released? Actually, were there any AP rates/codes even released for the 1st-3rd week of December 2005?

I figure if I know when the December 2005 AP rates/codes were released this will help me guage when the December 2006 AP rates/codes will be released.

Thanks much for all your feedback. I'm new to using an AP and using rates/codes for room discounts.

At that point in time they were using the Best Rate Plan (BRP) where you had to book 120 days (towards the end of Aug they changed it to 60 days in advance) in advance and were gaurnteed the lowest rate available to the public.

Now of course the BRP is dead (thank goodness!). Past AP rates for December have been released as following (per Mousesavers):

2003
Aug 28 for dates of 10/2/03-12/26/03

2004
Aug 25 for dates of 9/30/04-12/25/04

I didn't realize the BRP program was dis-continued - call me clueless . When did they scrap that plan? Now it makes sense why the Disney reservation agent I spoke with this morning was oblivious to the BRP plan - it sounded like she didn't want to give out any information about it - I of course was still assuming the BRP was an option to consider.

Although I never used the BRP I found reading about it all very confusing. Now that's one less plan to worry about. Thanks so much for the heads-up!
