Not sure how he makes his grinders but typically a grinder in Ct is made with choice of deli meat; pastrami, genoa or reg. salami, ham, or whatever you like. Any combination of those or just one; lettuce, tomatoes, onions, roasted peppers, provolone cheese a little olive oil and sometimes vinegar. Put the cheese on the top of the bread, everything else on the bottom of the bread with the meat on top and heat it in the oven.
