When to purchase?

We've decided to fly down for the Princess Half in leiu of driving. The best fare I've seen from ATL to MCO is $222 plus fees. Should I wait until 6 weeks out to see if there is a better deal or is this as good as it gets? Flying to MCO on 2/23 and back to ATL on 2/25

If you are looking at Airtran, I would maybe wait another couple of weeks. You do run the risk of the fare going up. If you do book now and the rates go down you can always call them for a credit you can use for baggage fees, upgrades or future travel.

And we always fly and never drive. For two round trips under $250. It is worth it!
