When To Go ???

Am planning my first trip to USF this summer. Any thoughts on if there is a better time to go?? Has anyone ever been during 4th of July week ?? Was wondering if that is more or less crowded ??

Peak times to visit are the first two weeks of April for Spring Break, and July thru the first 3 weeks of August for Summer Break.
Yes, July 4th will be crowded, and it's hot during the day. However, the parks stay open until 10pm, and you get to see fireworks. A good plan is to visit in the morning, go back to your room to rest, then come back at night.
If you wait until the last week of August or the entire month of September, the place is a ghost town, but closes at 6pm. So there are tradeoffs to when you go. Check the park hours, anytime the park stays open until 10pm, they expect large crowds.
