When to expect DU itinerary?

I have a room only reservation with Dreams Unlimited but also have several PSs with them as well, and I was wondering when I should expect a printable itinerary. The "work in progress" version doesn't have all of the PSs listed and one of them is totally wrong, though my agent says she just entered it wrong and will correct it- that was a few weeks ago and it is still the same. I emailed her yesterday, but I am not expecting a reply until a few more days:rolleyes: - I am sure everything will be fine, but we leave in 10 days and I would like to have everything worked out on paper so I don't stress too much.

As a side note, I REALLY like working with Dreams Unlimited, but I also think they have some agents taht are better than others. I don't want to give the impression that I don't think they do a great job- they do!:earsboy:
 
We've always gotten our itinerary 20 days before the trip. There's a gentleman on the boards, WebmasterJohn, who always asks DU customers to e-mail him directly with any concerns. This sounds like it qualifies. You can do a search, but I'm pretty sure his address is john@dreamsunlimtedtravel.com

I had my completed itinerary two weeks out. I received an email from my agent to say that it was completed.
