When to expect discounts,if any, for July?

We are hoping to go to WDW July 12-19. We usually go the first week of Aug. I was wondering when, if any, discounts come out for July? I know it is really crowded in July and I was thinking about just booking a room at the Pop so we will be sure we have one. I would love a discount!! Just wanted to see if anyone knew when they release stuff for summer.

I doubt they would offer any discounts during their peak season.
