when to check in

We check into BLT on Monday arriving around 8 pm, should I do early check-in or just wait till we arrive at the resort. Thanks.

I would do online check-in that way your folder is ready when you arrive. The faster the check in the better even if its just by a few minutes. You'll want to get to seeing the resort ASAP.

When filling the form out I was unable to add my room request. Is this normal, or is there something wrong with the site?

On line check in doesn't give many choices for requests. I would call MS and give them your request.
