When to call if 11 month is on Sunday?

I am going to try to get AK Grand Villa during Thanksgiving 09. The 11 month check in date fall on a Sunday. Can I attempt the reservation on Saturday or do I have to wait until Monday? Also what time does MS open?

MS is open 7 days a week with the exception of a few holidays. They open at 9:00am Eastern I believe.
