When to book DxDP by?

We are booked for FD this Sept & are still totally undecided about upgrading to the DXDP, mainly because I'll be 7 months pregnant w/ a 2 yr old.
So is there a time I have to upgrade by, or can I do it right up to our arrival?

I believe you have to add it at least 3 days before you check in.

Can be added up to 3 days before check-in. However if added within 14 days you will be charged $10 service fee. (at least this is what they tried to do to me but I added it at 16 days out.) The CM just did the math wrong I guess.
