What kind of cookies does your family make for Christmas?!

My mom and I always make sugar cookies, Pizzelles (their an Italian cookie thing. My grandfather was from Rome so it's been a tradition to make them for as long as I can remember) and butterballs. We're also making home-made chocolate truffles this year too.

The chocolate ones. It's butterscotch and chocolate mixed together, poured over chow mein noodles and peanuts.

Some cookies called sandy andy's, not sure what they are. I think they have almonds in them.

They're really good.
You need a pizzelle maker thing to make them though.
You use vanilla, anise or lemon extract to flavour them.
They taste really good too.

we also do peppermint sugar cookies, and merry christmas cookies which are basically just honey cookies with frosting.
