when should we get our epcot tickets?

we are checking in to our disney hotel on oct 23. and going to epcot that day. i know we can get tickets at any time, including the day of. should we just order asap to pick our fastpass rides? or at this point just wait till park day?

as robo says. it might take you several days of searching and if your lucky you will get the fastpass you want for epcot. you probably wont get anything that needs a fastpass the day of for that park.

In my opinion you should have gotten them prior to your 60 day mark so you could have taken advantage of the perk that allows you to book your FP+ 60 days in advance.

So purchase them now instead of waiting.

the whole story is we are going to tampa for a wedding, then last minute, about two weeks ago, my wife wanted to surprise me with disney. so we just started planning this. (as seen in my other thread about an uber to orlando) we are in disney basically two days. all day sunday and all day monday (flight 1030pm monday night) so trying to do all day epcot the 23rd, and typhoon lagoon the day we leave...
