When should ME tags arrive?

My parents have a flight on 5/14 and have not recieved tags yet? We called with their flight info about 3 weeks ago. Should I call Disney or do they usually come close to when you leave?

I'm flying on May 15 and got my info packet, with tags, about a week ago. I would call DME directly, just to be sure the system is correct. Some people have reported getting their packet as late as a week before the flight.

We got ours on a Monday before the Friday we left. I had called a few days before and a real nice CM checked all the info in the computer, and everything was there and she could even tell me that they had been mailed.
ME was great! We're thinking of renting a car in August, but from the Car Care Center at WDW so we can still use ME.

We are leaving 5/20 and haven't seen anything yet. Who do I call to check to make sure everything is going alright?

UGH!!!! Just called to find out if they were mailed and they had NO info listed for them. I have to give them the flight numbers again. I don't know if we will receive these before we leave.

Same here. I just called this morning & they didn't have any of our ME information. I know I've given it to them at least 4-5 times in the past 6 months. Hopefully, they have it right this time.

Thanks! I found the 1-866- number before I saw this, though. Called, talked to the SWEETEST lady. She had my address down as the Dreams Unlimited address and they had been shipped there. Asked her to send them to me in MN, and she said absolutely, and that was that! All set :O)

We're leaving May29 and received them today (May4). They had one name wrong on it (one friend couldn't go so DD invited another) although I had called to change it. I called the regular 407-WDisney # to inquire and they had it right in their computer. The CM told me some information I knew was incorrect so I asked for the DME 'desk'. The CM there told me that as long as the correct information is in Disney's computer when we check in at the Welcome Center there is no problem with the wrong name being on the actual tag. Just fyi.

When we went in Nov (booked through DU) we had all sorts of problems getting our Magical express information and then getting it for the correct resort. We finally received it a few days before flying.

This time we booked on Sunday through WDTC leaving May 20 and also let them do our air travel also. Our magical Express package arrived today, so less than 5 days. This time the names, resort and airline information was correct. Yahoo
