When should I sign up for Ghirardelli coupon?

This is the link I had saved for the Ghirardelli coupon. Our trip is coming up Oct 13-24. When should I sign up to receive it in time and yet not expire before our trip?

Will they send a buy one/get one free sundae coupon, EVERY month? I don't ever remember hearing about that - it's great news. When do they expire?

The coupon expires one month after you sign up. WAIT until just before your trip. We've gotten BOGOF coupons on our birthdays, but NOT every month.

I signed up for this in May. I received one coupon, NOT one every month. I did get another one close to my birthday also. Definitely wait until the month of your trip to request your coupon.

How soon after you sign up do they email the coupon?

I received mine the next day, I believe. I know it didn't take more than 1 or 2 days - it comes via e-mail. If you are leaving Oct. 13, I would order it the first week of October. That should be plenty of time, and it won't expire until the first week of November. You could probably order it even later, like October 10 or something, but I'm one of those paranoid people who likes to have a big cushion of time around everything!

BTW, we will be there at that time too - Oct. 12 - 16 at AS Sports, MNSSHP on Oct. 13. Maybe we'll see you at Ghiairdelli's!!

Did you check the box saying that you live w/in 50 (or whatever) miles from a store? If you check no, they give you an online coupon, but if you check yes, you get the BOGO sunday. Unless they've changed it in the last few months.

I want to know this too! I was going to sign up today, but wasn't sure if I was too early. We go on September 23rd until Oct. 1st.

Also, if I sign up my dh and my emails, but we have the same home address, will we get 2 coupons?

I don't believe they need your home address. I think the coupon is only sent out via email, so just use 2 different email addresses and you should be fine.

Last year, I timed our coupons just right (thanks to this board). I signed up about 7-10 days before we left and got the buy one get one free sundae. We did use the coupon at DTD Ghirardelli the first day we arrived. The first sundae was $6.00 and the second one was free. That said, while it was a fun thing to do, the sundae wasn't all that great, even for $6.00 total. I love ice cream, but they skimped big time on the chocolate fudge and whipped cream, but more importantly, the ice cream was nothing special. I felt the ice cream on Main Street MK is by far much more tasty than Ghirardelli, but I don't want to rain on anyone's parade here. I guess no ice cream is "not worth it" when visiting the happiest place on earth. Sooooo, I scream ... you scream.. and all that.
