When should I sign up for Ghirardelli coupon?

I signed up late last night......

I checked the box that I live w/i 50 miles of a store.

I signed myself up and also my DH; 2 different email addresses.

I received my 2-for-1 coupon today that says "Happy Birthday" since I have an Oct bday; also gives 1/2 off to those who only need 1 sundae.

Still awaiting email #2.....

How long do you have to use the coupon once you receive it?

I said that I did NOT live within 50 miles of one so now I am wondering what I will get. I did use DH's name and email though as he has an Oct. birthday.

Be aware.........the coupons expire ONE MONTH from when you register.

I registered on Oct 10th, received emails on Oct 11th(my email address and DH email address) and the coupons expire on Nov 10th.

It looks like your first coupon is either a "welcome for joining" BOGO, or, depending on the date of your birth, a "Happy Birthday" BOGO.

It took 2 days for me to get my coupon. My DH got his within hours.

What address do I need to OK to get these for it to come through my spam blocker?? Mine made it through Yahoo but my DH's didn't through our family e-mail account.
