When should I file a complaint to Ebay?

I won an auction and paid for it on Dec 10th. I paid a heap for Priority shipping and insurance and the auction said I should receive it in 2-3 days. I have not received it yet and I have had no response from the seller. Also they have no other auctions going on right now and they have received a ton of negative in the days since my auction win. Should I go ahead and report them now or wait???

It has only been 8 days, I would give it a little more time. And anything could have happened, they could be sick, computer died or worse, they did! If you still dont' hear from them, then request your money back from PayPal and see what happens there.

You might want to check where it is being sent from. We live in SC and quite a few people have been without power since an ice storm last Wednesday night. Once our power came back on, it still took a little while to get the internet up and going. Good luck!

I had a hard time finding where they were from but I did finally see a statement about including tax if you are from CA so at least I would imagine it is coming from there. I have received things from Alaska in 5 days and others in CA in 3 days. I did email them again though and will give it a couple more days. It is supposed to be a gift for my dd for Christmas.

If you paid by paypal they also have 7 days to mail your package ( someone let me know if I am wrong).

With the heavy mail due to the holiday's everthing seems to be taking double if not more time for delivery. I'd try to email your seller again through ebay. With the holiday's and all I'd give it a good couple more days. You'll have 30 days to file w/ Paypal- so you still have plenty of time.
