. They were finally found (after I gave her the confirmation numbers). The problem was two fold. You know how they always ask for a contact number? Well I always give them my home phone number, but use my cell phone to call in on. For some reason the first CM had entered my cell phone number (which showed up automatically on her screen). She also butchered both my first name and last name using on only the first three letters of my first name (which in turn turns my name into a man's name) and entering my last name as Johnson instead of Jackson. Oh! the first CM had also put us in the first HDDR show instead of the second, as I had requested. Anyway there's no way we would have recoginized our name if it was called down there. The second CM was able to correct them, but I still plan on checking them about two weeks out.
