Formossa Gardens
Indian Ridge
Windsor Hills
You can have your choice of lots of homes in the area that are great for vacationing.

If you have a look at www.vrbo.com and search Kissimmee you will find loads of developments within 15 mins of Disney.

Some new ones off the 192 are:
Coral Cay Resort
Terra Verde
Bellavida

There are plenty out there - lots of research for you

Celebration is not zoned for short term rentals. The closest is the Formosa gardens area - Windsor Hills gets some great reviews.

The communities that FLParadisevilla mentioned are in a great location. Technically they are in Kissimmee, but are actually closer to Celebration than downtown Kissimmee! They are all great neighborhoods and close to Disney.

Celebration itself does not allow short term rentals - I believe the shortest rental you can get there is 6 months.
