When making ADR's.....

How long is the average hold time? I got up this morning at 5:45 to make my Ressies and started calling at 2 minutes till like I have read so many times. I got through very quickly at 6, but now I am still on hold????? So anyone? How long did you sit on hold??

that's why it's so hard to get CRT Good luck, keep trying. Try again tommorrow, let us know if you got it. Those phone lines get completely jammed at 7E, everyone calling at the same time for CRT.

When we got our ADR's for CRT for our June stay I was on hold (Easter Morning as a matter of fact) for probably 20 minutes before I actually talked to someone. And BTW....during my hold time a recording came on that said if you were waiting to make and ADR for CRT that most likely it was completely booked (or something like that). I continued to hold since I was making other ADR's as well and as luck would have it I was still able to secure an ADR for CRT! So....don't get discouraged and whatever you do....DON'T hang up the phone! Good luck!

Thanks. I did finally get through and got everything I wanted. I also heard the message about CRT. Luckily my Princes wouldn't have been overly thrilled with the breakfast or lunch. (I can't even get them to go down the barbie isle, too girly) However, they did want to eat in the castle so I did get it for dinner. I thought the same thing about hanging up, but was tempted. I also only had to make 3 ADR's so that wasn't too bad. I have been having nightmares about not getting in to Donald's over at AK, but there was no problem and I even got 8am. My only concern is that since Dec hours aren't out yet and I made two dinner ressie that we might miss the fireworks?? I tried asking for a guess from the CM as to when it gets dark in FL, but she wasn't very helpful, (and I wasn't expecting more than a guess). As long as we get to see fireworks one night my crew should be fine. I just hope that I didn't schedule us dinner while they are going on.

CAlled from England at 6:30p,m, FL time and got throught straight away and booked 5 ADRs in less than 10 minutes, and all but one for exactly the times I wanted!

The One was Le Cellier dinner which was booked solid between 6pm and 7:30pm on 20 October

I called at 6:59 a.m. this morning. I used the toll free number. 37 minutes later I got a real person. I got everything I wanted. Some of the times were five-ten minutes off. The CM gave me 3:50 p.m. for the Fantastic Dinner Package at the HBD. I'm going to call back in November to try to get a later time.
