If the reservation is made by the expiration date, can the actual time of use be after the date? I am planning a trip to Disney World in December, before the munchins are out from school. I would like to rent points for a 1 bedroom, (3 adults) and am somewhat flexible with dates. Preferably a 3 or 4 night stay, sometime between Dec 5 and the Dec 19.
Having never stayed at a "home away from home" resort, I cannot decide which one and am open to any.

Thank you all!

It is not when the reservation is placed but when the trip occurs that determines when you need the points. A DVC member can actually bank or borrow his points to acommodate most reservation requests. Points which expire at the end of September 2005 cannot be used for an October 2005 reservation even if the reservation is placed before September 30, 2005.
