When is value season?

Can anyone please tell me when value season is????? We are planning on a trip next January/ Febuary/ whenever value season is and the crowds are way down!!!!!!

Value season is Jan1 through mid Feb. Peak season will begin the weekend before Presiden'ts week in Feb. Value season also is in late Aug and all of September and most of Nov and early parts of Dec.
