When is my 90+10?

Happy Day All!
We will be in WDW Dec. 14-Dec. 19. I want to make an ADR @ Cindy's on the 15th for either Lunch @ 3:00p or Dinner @ 4:00p. I called DDR and I was told my 90 day window is Sept. 13. But, when I counted back on a calender - it was Sept. 16. I don't know which is correct. And even after reading all of the threads, I'm still undlear about the +10. Does the +10 began 10 days before my arrival or extends 10 days past my arrival so as to be able to make ADR's for the whole trip?
I hope my question is clear, cause even I don't understand it! LOL!!

Your 90 days ahead is 9/15/09. Your 10 days start on your 90 day. so on 9/15/09 you can make ressies for 12/14/09 plus 10 days after that. So technically 11 days worth of ADR's. I hope this helps.

According to the reservation calculator

that date is September 15. When you call, you will be able to make reservations for December 14 and for the next 9 days. You are not even staying that long, so you won't have problems asking for ADRs for your entire trip.

Im wonder why DDR gave me the wrong date?
Anybody else had that problem?
