When is DVC harder to book - Thanksgiving or Xmas week?

Just wondering which time of the year is harder to book? Is there ever 100% occupancy rate at all the DVCs?

thanksgiving - the hardest time I have found is Dec 1-14 - lots of DVC (including me) love that time - low points, low crowds, the parks are decorated - it is pretty wonderful...

generally no matter what season most of the DVC resorts are booked.

at the 60 days time - any unused villa are then let go to CRO to be rented.
