Well, that's a step, I suppose. I've been reading and replying to this board for many years, and each year, it's always the same questions about these
Brazilian Tour Groups..Obviously, Disney has done a lousy job handling these groups. Maybe they're afraid of offending them, wouldn't be PC; but they sure are offending all their other guests, who have to deal with their behavior and seemingly, just put up with it. It's like Disney has just rolled over.....We spend a lot of money for a Disney vacation, and it just ruins it when having to deal with large, rude, noisy tour groups...and Disney won't take a stand to make EVERYONE'S time more enjoyable!

She said a lot of the kids use the excuse of being so far from home and parents and in another country to do basically whatever they want. In some cases (this is according to her) rude behavior is expected or encouraged - sort of like a "tradition" thing. It does remind me of a fraternity party mentality. Her neices and nephews weren't allowed to go on one of these trips because their parents had heard so much about the rude, obnoxious behavior.
