Our first day is at the MK, so lunch is probably going to be Shrimp at Columbia Harbor House.....

The thing I'm looking most forward to is a Butterfinger cupcake from Starring Rolls...I may break down and attempt my own before October! (I'm also dieting which makes it worse)

Well, Since we are arriving on 10/1 and the OU/UT game is 10/1 I will be heading to ESPN zone for a bit of wings and beer for the game. Unless of course it is an evening game which I very highly doubt but if so Epcot UK for a Stella draft will be tops on my list.

Easy. We're heading to Epcot on our arrival day. DS will want to ride Test Track at least a few times and DD is too short, so I'll probably take DD to the Boulangerie Patisserie for a treat of her choosing. I'll take the chocolate mousse, please.

We'll nip at something in the CL lounge then head straight to Liberty Tree Tavern for Tavern Fried Cheese!! We planned it so we basically get there, and go straight over. We've been raving over this since last week!!

As soon as World Showcase is open I run for Italy for the pistachio gelato

in MK I will run over strollers and little children to get to a Dole Whip

When at WDW, Florida or the Eastern US I have to have some Yuengling beer. I love that stuff and you can get it in MN.

Our next trip we should be arriving at our hotel around dinner time, we will head to Downtown Disney and I will be in line at Wolfgang Puck Express for BBQ Chicken Quesadilla !!!!! Yummo !!!!

We're having dinner at T-Rex the night we arrive. Lets see, after 10 hours in the car with 3 boys under 8- I'll be having a BIG cocktail of some sort!!!

First thing I'll eat not at a park....Wolfgang Puck express pizza! Yummm! And then dessert from Goofy's candy store......Mickey apple.

Our first park will be AK...and it will be Pork Egg Roll from Yak and Yati...and then a Yak Attack to wash it down! 58 days and counting!!

I think we will be going to Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. We probably won't be getting there until late afternoon and should be hungry after the flight and check in.

As I enter the parks, I have to have popcorn, it doens't matter how early it is! There a Popcorn cart right at the exit side of MK, I head there just as I walk in. Of course I offer but no one else ever wants Popcorn but then they eat mine as we keep walking!

Disney Popcorn is the best, top it with an ice cold Coke and the party's on!
