It's usually not hot because they remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeno (that's where the heat is) but if you ask for it muy caliente they will put in extra jalapenos and add some heat.

I suppose it depends on what time I'm arriving and where I'm staying, but the first morning I'm having a blueberry muffin for breakfast. I think the Boardwalk Bakery, Mara, Main Street Bakery, and BC Marketplace all use the same recipe, but DH swears that the best are from Boardwalk Bakery.
