Bell services will get it transferred over for you (they would not allow you to bring it on the bus).
Just contact them the night before (or bring it down to them the morning of check out) and make arrangements to have it taken to the new resort.
Then, when your room is ready, contact them at the new resort and ask to have it brought up.
I have not done it yet, but will be doing it for my August trip and everything I have researched tells me it won't be that difficult!
