When does your tree come down?

At least until Epiphany. That's when Christmas season ends. Makes me so sad to put everything down

Another "Scrooge" here! Ours was down by noon on the 26th. I even took the outside lights off in the AM of the 26th due to the "blizzard" heading our way. I hate having to dig through the snow to get the lights off. Of course, we ended up with maybe 4" of snow here in Western Mass and my trees are all cleaned off due to the 40 degree weather.

We wait until at least the 1/7. It's so sad to take it all down. Plus the house always looks so empty afterwards. The tree is, by far, my favorite so it's the very last thing to go.

Right now!

Usually I wait until Jan 1st or 2nd but I have time this week and won't next week. And ours are taking up a lot of space we really need so they have to go. The ornaments came off day before yesterday, and the lights and ribbon just came off. Just waiting for DH to take it apart and put it in the box that is waiting next to it.

I get to take the 2nd tree apart because it is a jigsaw tree with all the individual branches.

We have other projects we are undertaking so need the space back for them.

I'd take it all down the day after Christmas, if dd would let me. She and her boyfriend left on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday evening, I had everything all packed away and the house back in order.

I always have this week off so it makes more sense to do it now as opposed to next week which is really busy for me at work.
