When does Typhoon Lagoon re-open?

I know that Typhoon Lagoon is closed for refurbishment but can anyone tell me when it will re-open? We will be at WDW over the President's Day week and are hoping it might be open by then Thanks!

Does TL usually close for refurbishment at the same time each year? When we went in 2003 (January), TL was closed so we went to BB. We loved BB but would like to try TL. We are plannoing to go again in January of 2007. Do you think TL will be closed again?
