When does Plaza Inn Lunch time start?

According to the Disney app & website Plaza Inn website, character breakfast ends @ 11 & lunch starts @ noon. Do they really need an entire hour for lunch setup, or are there ever days when they open earlier for lunch?

Gotta get my chicken fix, and since we’re up early, we love to do lunch early.

Since the last character breakfast reservation is usually 10:40, the time between 11:00 and noon is the restaurant clearing out the last patrons from the character breakfast as well as lunch setup. So, yeah, they kind of do need the whole hour.

On the app it says lunch starts at 12pm but I'm pretty sure I've went there a little before noon.

There may be some days where they open a little before noon, but we have eaten here at opening at least 10 times, and for us, it has always been exactly noon or a little after, and people line up a bit in advance to get in.

On mobile for threads I’ve started I see an option up near the top of the thread called Thread Tools and I click it and see edit title. If you can’t find that let us know and we’ll tag a mod for you.

People line up earlier, but whenever we've been there, lunch didn't start until noon. The line moves pretty quickly once they start to serve.

In the upper right, just above where the posts start, next to a link to "Watch Thread" there should be a dropdown list called "Thread Tools." One of the choices is "Edit Title."

The Plaza Inn is a counter service location at lunch and dinner (same menu), so there are no reservations.

Oh ok. Thank you. I have heard there Chicken is really good so thinking of trying. Been to Disneyland 50 times but never ate there.

Yes, Rich, the Plaza Inn chicken is definitely one of the highlights of each of our trips. Also, large portions, so unless you have a group of crazy hungry people, sharing is a possibility (and I’ve been told you can also add extra chicken for a reasonable price if you do—didn’t know about the chicken-add-on in the past but am planning to do it this time around).

Plaza Inn is my favorite non-reservation place in DL. Love the fried chicken. That being said, inquiring minds want to know...what was the thread title lol!!!
