When does Planet Hollywood open?

What time does Planet Hollywood open for service? On Allears I only saw a dinner menu--I was plnning to be that way at lunch time.

Planet Hollywood is open from 11am until 1am while the bar stays open until 2am. Lunch there is great! Enjoy!

Is it the same menu all day?

Also is it a bit less "crazy" than at night? When we were there 2 years ago at dinner is was so loud and busy we thought our heads would explode!
