When does Cinderellabration start?

I thought I saw a thread that there was a soft opening of this in March. Does anyone know about the beginning of April - or if Cinderella's Surprise Celebration is still being shown?

Not sure, it will definately be by May though.

HOWEVER, did anyone notice this: On the vacation video, the Cindarellabration is shown "after dark" and with the lighting effects and all, it looks AMAZING. I hope (if they have not already planned to) they show this at night time hours. If they do it during the day, that's fine, but this is a show that needs to be played at NIGHT. This would be a great night time cap off. Just think. When the sun sets, You get Cindarellabration, Spectromagic, capped by Wishes.

Yes, the original Cinderellabration is the awesome night-time final'e at Disney Tokyo. I was SO excited when I had looked up some amazing photo's from Tokyo online. However, my excitement has now become disappointment. On the Disney site, it does not list Cinderellabration under the category of Nighttime Entertainment. It lists it under 'Entertainment - several shows daily'.

Looks like it will be just another show at the Forecourt during the day.

I am still looking forward to it! I love the theme of Cinderella's coronation. We have planned en entire afternoon around this, with Lunch at the Castle.

Yeah I have to say that I figured they'd only do it in the day. I think they should do it in the day but have a last show after dark. They really are not utilizing all of their assets in my opinion.

I saw this show at the Forecourt during the day when I was there in January, so I think the one premiering in March? May? must be different. There's still hope!

I think that was Cinderella's Surprise Celebration (or something like that). Cinderellabration will be new to WDW. I'm hoping we get to see it on our April trip.
