When Does Booking Typically Open for Next Year?

Can someone please tell me approximately when does booking for DLP hotel packages open for the following year? I am going on a Disney mediterranean cruise in July 2013 that I hope to add a short trip to DLP to at the end. I was wondering when I can expect to see pricing and be able to book for this. For booking Disney World in Florida, packages are typically released in July or August of the prior year. Is it the same or different for DLP?

Prices should be released around November time although sometimes the US site doesn't release its until a bit after other countries.
