When does Art Smith's new restaurant open at Disney Springs?

Just called and the only times available on Sun 8/21 are 5:55 and 9:10 too! How weird. We wanted a late lunch that Sunday

I was able to book Thurs 8/25 over the phone and the only times available were 5:45 and 9:10. Interesting that the times are so similar!

Just booked by phone for 9/18 and was given 5:55 or 9:10 choice as well. I took the early time but will keep an eye out online to adjust the time if/when more availability opens.

She asked me what time I was looking for, I said 5 and she found me a 5:05. So far the other posts I've read all seem to have a specific time though...

I called this morning and told I couldn't book yet. Just called now again and got 9/17 for 5:35 which is earlier than I wanted, but hopefully when it is on-line I can tweak the time AND I got 9/23 for 5:40!

I'm planning on going next week and also wondering about wait times for lunch. I'm dying to try the fried chicken!

I walked up at about 2 in the afternoon on Tuesday and was seated immediately. I'd expect that to be a little more difficult once they actually start having reservations, but I almost never make ADRs anywhere at Disney Springs.

The food was good (I had the fried chicken sandwich), but my server was too busy chatting up a couple of guys at another table to do her job all that well.

So what is the earliest date that people were able to book. I tried for the 13th of August and there was nothing all day or anyday the week before or after. So wondering if they just have not released that date yet? Or if it's really booked.
