when do you usually get all resort confrimation mail?

The last 6 times I have gotten that paper work way before this - any idea on when should I get it?

We book our stays with CRO, and usually before the day is out or no later than the next day, our confirmation comes via e-mail. We book room only and even some changes we've made, same day confirmation e-mail. We print them out. Not really sure if we've gotten any paper ones in the mail, we just use the email ones. Seems things are getting into the paperless confirmations. I'm sure others will chime in.
