When do you take down your Christmas decorations?

Since DH and I both have day off today, we've already started

Took my down yesterday and everything is put away.

I have everything down, but the outdoor wreath and the Christmas Tree (hubby wants to keep it up).

It will be down by Little Christmas!

We took all the inside decorations down already. The outside lights are still up only because it is raining or they would be down too.

We too would have taken wreath and outside lights down today as well but it's pouring out. Oh well, hard part is over anyway. DH usually takes care of outside part

Some of our outdoor lights & decorations were falling down, so we took everything down. The only things we left were two wreaths on the doors.

Wow! You all are QUICK! Our Christmas tree and outside lights will come down today, but we keep most of our other stuff up through January! I like my village, snowmen decor, and poinsettias - I don't look at them as just "Christmas" decorations, more like "winter decor" LOL! I guess people must think I'm lazy when they come to my house and see that stuff still all around my house!

Everything is put away as of yesterday . . . We always undecorate after NYE. . . .I'm very sad to see another Christmas/NYE come and go so quickly . . .I HATE putting away the decorations . . .the house seems so empty and dark without them . . .

I take it down on the Twelfth Night (Jan 5th) or day. Also known as the Epiphany.

I'm another who waits until after Epiphany. We still light our tree through the 12 days of Christmas.

Our tree, outside lights and most of the inside decorations came down this morning...I leave the wreaths on the door up through January.....

Everything was down and put away by noon on December 30th.

I've got a cute little snowman purse that I'll carry around for a few more weeks. Although with nearly 70 degree weather at the first of January it seems a little weird doing that.

DH had everything put away by he time I came downstairs this morning.

I'll do it today. I was going to do it Fri/Sat. But we just got back in town Thursday night and someone called Friday morning to see the house that afternoon (we are selling it), so I had to get the suitcases unpacked and put away first. Then they made an offer on Saturday, so I was busy talking to our relator all day. And yesterday was DD's birthday. So today I will get it done!
