When do you take down your Christmas decorations?

Officially, everything is going up in the attic next weekend. But, I started to gather up the decorations and put them on the dining room table so I can quickly put them in boxes next weekend.

I hope to get it all down tomorrow and Wednesday, as DH & I want to go away Thursday-Sunday & we both go back to work next Monday. I really don't want to face it next week!

The creche is still up till the sixth but everything else came down today. The house really needs a good deep cleaning, didn't want to clean it up just to end up having to redo when I took down the tree and pine needles went everywhere!

All down as of today. Time went by so fast this year; I can't believe Christmas is already over.

Normally I would take them down the week after new years. But im still feeling way to sore right now from the accident to even think about it. I might do it next weekend but I think BF and his girls will be over and I dont want to waste my time doing that while they are here. So if I dont get them taken care of this weekend, it looks like the middle or end of the month. Geez, I really need to manage my time better.

Just got mine down yesterday. I pretty much take it down New Years every year. I am ready by then to get my house back in order and not so cluttered again.

Today, I've been sick and didn't really care if they were up forever.
