when do you arrive for your ADR?

We only had one ADR TS last time, and we tried to get there early, but they wouldn't even take our names, and made us get back in line (this was at the PSD in Norway.) By the time we made it through the line again, it was past our ADR time. From reading on here, it seems a lot of folks get there early, so what's the scoop? Am I missing something? When do you arrive for your ADRs?

We always try to get there 10-15 mins. early. I'm not sure what you mean about Akershaus when you say "get back in line." That's set up so you have to get in the princess photo line before they take you to your table, and you don't get in that line until you check-in at the podium, so I'm just confused by your experience.

With arriving 10-15 mins. ahead (we don't always make it!), we are usually seated right around our ADR time - I can only remember 2-3 times that we had to wait much after our ADR time.

Thanks for your response. This was last September, but there was a line outside the podium to check in. We got in it, went up and gave our name and ADR time, and they told us they weren't checking in yet for those time, so we'd have to get back in line. We were probably 15-20 minutes early. So we did just that, got back in line, and then after we got BACK to the podium the second time, we were "checked in" and told to stand off to the side, then they called us to get in the picture line about 5-10 mintues later.

So this time around, if we are able to arrive a little earlier, I'd like to, but I don't want to have to wait in line twice just to check in!

I hear ya - I don't have a good answer for that, I've only been there once and there wasn't any line for the podium (or just like 1 family) and then we were on the list! But we did wait in a long line for Belle there!

We get there 10-15 min. early too.
