When do ticket prices increase annually?

I will be lucky enough to have four short trips to Disney Parks (WDW and DL) in 2015. I'll be going with runDisney for most of those trips, so I can get discounted tickets that way. But, I'm considering buying the Premiere Annual Pass to see if I can get some additional discounts on the hotel stays. I'm still working the numbers to determine if it's worth it, but I'm wondering when Disney typically raises their ticket prices each year? That may impact my decision whether/when to buy.

It used to be August, then June, then the last couple years February/March. The last one was February 23, 2014.

It MIGHT happen at any month, any time.
(It has even happened twice a year in some years, so we're not immune, even now.)

As for exact timing:
Figure that Disney will announce the increase on a given FRIDAY,
with the new prices going into effect TWO DAYS LATER on the following SUNDAY.
