When do the menus roll over to Fall/Winter offerings?

Specifically, the signatures, who tend to offer more seasonal-based dishes? We are doing a few sigs next month and to pass the time, I want to ogle the menus and plan my meals 1889 times before I get there... but I am sure they will change before I get there, based on time of year..

Nobody answered you but I am wondering as well. I actually thought these current menus were the ones that would be served for the rest of the year. I actually am quite thrilled with them, to be honest. I could be wrong but I feel like many of them were changed somewhat recently, so I didn't think they were going to change again, but I might be wrong.

I know Hollywood Brown Derby recently changed theirs. Not sure what all was seasonal changes but they took the Cobb Salad off the Starter/Appetizer list.

We were there 2 weeks ago and ate at a few signatures and I *think* they had slightly different menus than the ones we looked at just a couple of weeks previous to the trip when we planned it so I think that may be current. I specifically remember cg’s sushi offerings being expanded, to the delight of the whole family. We didn’t even end up ordering proper entrees.

Thanks! I am specifically looking for Jiko and CG, but now that I look at the actual WDW website, maybe it has already (has root veggies, etc.). I was looking at allears... a little outdated! Thanks all!
