When do the FP machines turn on at AK?

Hello all. In MK a day ago a CM informed me that the FP machines did not turn on until 10:00am, even though the park opened at 9:00. Is that true? What about AK? We are heading there tomorrow and want to be able to ride Everest, but if the FP machines don't turn on until 10:00 is there any reason to be there before?

not true for either as far as i know.

i've heard MK doesn't use FP for EMH morning, but i wouldn't even hold myself to that. FPs are definitely available from 9 am on and they are at every park plus during morning EMH.

Generally, all the "biggies" have FP operating at the beginning of EMH.

Space Mtn., Buzz, Pooh, and Peter Pan usually have the FP's going at MK.

Certainly Exp. Everest and Safari have FP open first-thing at DAK EMH.

Soarin' and Test Track are distributing FP in the early AM.

And (usually) RnRollercoaster and (sometimes) ToTerror FP will be open during AM EMH at Dis-MGM.

We just got back yesterday. All FP machines were operating for the big rides at every park at opening. We got FPs first thing then got in the standby line for our first rides every day. The only park we missed the rope drop for was AK and that was because we had to disembark from our cruise first then drive to the park. Won't do THAT again! Being there for rope drop makes a big difference on how the rest of the day goes.

FP = FastPass.

You must go to the front area of an attraction to get a FP for that attraction.
There are FP machines that dispense them.
